Ward was born on the 15th of April 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. Ward attended Ouachita Parish High School to complete her secondary schooling. Then she transferred to River Oaks High School the summer after her junior year. Following graduation, she briefly went to Northeast Louisiana University. Ward aged 13 began modeling after she left school. Then she moved in New York to pursue this job. She tried her hand at acting a few years later. In 1970she first appeared in an uncredited character in the soap opera All My Children and was later a part of the short-lived NBC premier-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. The morning soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999, she began a film career and starred in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. Although the movie failed to be a success in theaters but it made a splash in the world of cable and DVD. Following the film, Ward was in a cameo character in the movie Shallow Hal. Ward has been featured in a variety of direct-to-DV movies, and she has guest starred in a variety of television series. The most notable is Friends. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet, the mother of a girl who is in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She has a personal life that includes relationship with producer David C. Robinson. They have one son named Cameron.
